A Swedish team has won the world's biggest harness racing event in the world, the Prix d'Amerique in Paris.
The horse Maharajah won the trotting race, known in Swedish as trav, with Örjan Kilhström at the reins and Stefan Hultman as trainer.
Their previous best had been second place in 2011. This is Sweden's first win at the top trotting race since Gigant Neo in 2005, reports news agency AFP.
The prize is a purse of a million euros.
