For four years, the "equality agency" Equalisters has been helping companies, organisations and journalists find experts that include more women and people from under-represented group. As the new chairwoman Seher Yilmaz now takes over, she wants to add ethnic diversity into the mix.

Radio Sweden spoke to Yilmaz about how she sees the future of the organisation. To listen to the interview, click on the link above.
