Man questioned by police over Arlanda bomb threat

Police closed part of Stockholm's main international airport on Tuesday amid reports of a bomb threat. A man was taken into custody on suspicion of making a serious unlawful threat, and was taken to the hospital to undergo a psychiatric evaluation.

Flights at Arlanda Airport were affected following the reported bomb threat, with two of the three piers at Terminal 5 closed to the public for several hours. They reopened after 2 p.m. when the plane, which was subject to the bomb threat, was taken away from its gate for further technical analysis.
