Swedish Air Force criticizes Russian plane tactics

After a Russian military plane was reported to have flown too close to a passenger plane south of Malmö on Friday, Chief of Staff of the Swedish Air Force, Major General Micael Bydén, tells Radio Sweden that while it's not forbidden for state-owned planes to fly without their transponders on in international airspace, planes should be following the policy to keep them on in heavy traffic.
