'Kippah march' in Malmö following Copenhagen shootings

Today hundreds of kippah-wearing Jews and non-Jews in Malmö lit candles and marched to show solidarity with the Jewish community in Copenhagen following this weekend's shootings, Swedish Radio reports.

The group walked from the synagogue in Malmö to a downtown square where they lit candles and listened to the mayor Andreas Schönström hold a speech.

"I think people need to feel like they belong and see that other people care. We do this to show that we're against what happened in Denmark and to say that everybody is equal", mayor Andreas Schönström said.
