It's Spring

It may have snowed around the country overnight, but it’s still official, spring has arrived in Sweden, at least in the southern part of the country.

The official definition of spring used by the Swedish weather service SMHI is a daily mean temperature above freezing for seven days in a row. Which has now happened for all of the southern provinces of Skåne and Blekinge, as well as further north along the coasts.

Spring is expected official arrive in the rest of southern Sweden during the coming week.
