More and more Swedes are buying property in Spain, according to statistics from the real estate agency Fastighetsbyrån Utland.

News agency TT reports that the number of houses that Swedes have bought in Spain over the last two years has shot up by 60 percent.

However, the value of property there has fallen by around three percent over the last year, according to the appraisal company Tinsa.
