FIFA video honors Zlatan on his 34th birthday

The international star striker Zlatan Ibrahimović celebrated his 34th birthday Saturday and was honored with a video posted on the FIFA website that features a run through his career-to-date and interviews with former teammates.

"Talented, controversial, charasmatic," intones the narrator in the 5-minute, English-language film called "HAPPY BIRTHDAY EXCLUSIVE - Ibrahimovic: Goals, goals, goals."

"It is a privilege to play with players like Zlatan. He's not only a good football player, but also a great guy," said David Luiz, Ibrahimović's current teammate on Paris Saint-Germain, which competes in France's top football league.

Ibrahimović himself was interviewed for the birthday video. He said he is motivated by football fans.

"I can imagine the small kids out there screaming your name and have you as an idol or an example. They want to see you in the stadium but maybe the tickets cost a lot. And they do everything to see us. That is the things that gives you even more motivation, gives you more adrenaline, gives you more will to give something back for the supporters. Because if you win, you make them happy. But if you can give them something extra you make them happier, so I try to keep a balance on that," said Ibrahimović in the video.
