Record number expected to visit cemeteries

Published fredag 3 november 2017 kl 14.04

This year there could be record crowds going to the memorial sites in Swedish graveyards.

A survey asked 2,000 people whether they will visit a cemetery this weekend for All Saints' Day, or "alla helgons dag" in Swedish.

And a record number of people said yes. Its now on 48 percent. Only 30 percent say definitely no.

In Stockholm's world-famous Forest Cemetery we spoke to estates manager Kjell Wikborg, who's preparing to receive some 50,000 visitors for All Saints Day on Saturday.
