Sauna enthusiasts sweat it out at international congress

4:15 min

This weekend marks the first time the International Sauna Congress will be held in northern Sweden.

The three-day meeting starts on Friday, and will see 200 delegates from across the globe gather to talk about all things sauna.

Lena Callne is a radio host for Swedish Radio's local channel in Norrbotten county and is a board member of the Swedish Sauna Academy.

She says the congress will have seminars about various topics and feature some 20 different saunas that participants can try.
