Earthquake rattles Skaraborg

The earth moved for people in the Skaraborg area of western Sweden this morning. A minor earthquake of 2.1 magnitude rattled window frames at 7.38am near Skövde.

"This is an area of Sweden which is fairly active by Swedish standards. We know that there are very old fault systems here," Seismologist Björn Lund at Uppsala university tells Radio Sweden.
