Swedish composer and record producer Ludwig Göransson enjoyed a triumphant night at the American music industry awards, winning three Grammys.

The 34-year-old from Linköping received a Grammy for his score to the critically acclaimed superhero film "Black Panther". Göransson also won two prizes for his collaboration as record producer and co-writer for rapper Childish Gambino – a.k.a. Donald Glover.

Gambino's single "This is America" was named Record of the Year, the first rap song to ever take home the honour at the Grammys. It also won Song of the Year.

Göransson could also enjoy success at the upcoming Oscars, where he is nominated for an Academy Award for Best Original Score.
