Scheduled breaks means fewer signed off sick

The change comes after 1177 in West Sweden noticed three years ago that they had tired nurses and long waiting times for callers. After they scheduled 15 minute breaks, director of 1177 in Skövde Annete Wollin says nurses are more energised and make better judgements.
