Few Postnord customers get money back

1:50 min

Only seven out of the 300 complaints against the postal service Postnord have been partially or completely rectified in the last three years.

This is according to Bo Helin, a drafting law clerk for The National Board for Consumer Disputes, who says only a handful of cases end up favouring the customer, mainly because the packages often just are not worth enough.

Peter Hesslin, Postnord's terminal director, says they usually find missing packages, adding that it is extremely unusual that something just disappears.
