Dismantling Russia’s Chemical Weapons

Sweden and Britain are working together to support chemical weapons disarmament in Russia.

The two EU countries signed a Memorandum of Understanding Monday, according to a Swedish government press release.

Sweden will be contributing around 690,000 dollars to British-led projects to build facilities in Russia for the destruction of chemical weapons stockpiles.
