Anti-Terrorist Raids at British Request

Swedish media report that the authorities here have detained five more people on suspicion of terrorism, at the request of the British police.

The five were held for questioning after raids on Thursday and Friday in Malmö, in southern Sweden. While all five have been assigned public defenders, the authorities say none have been officially arrested.

The move follows similar joint raids by Swedish and British police at the end of May in Gothenburg.
