What you need:
2,5 dl cream
1,5 dl chili sauce
250 grams peanuts
140 grams bacon (1 package)
1 roasted or grilled chicken (de-boned)
What you do:
Pre-heat your oven to 180 Degrees Celsius.
Fry up the bacon until it’s crispy. Drain on a paper towel and when cooled crumble
Slice the bananas (a little thicker than the size of a coin).
Take your cream and whip it until it just starts getting firm. Then add in the chili sauce, and combine until the two ingredients are will incorporated.
Take the meat from the chicken and shred it/ cut it into bite size pieces.
Place the chicken in an oven proof dish and pour the cream and chili sauce mixture over it.
Then sprinkle the bananas, peanuts (about two handfuls) and bacon over your chicken and sauce.
Place in an 180 C oven, and bake for 15-20 minutes. The sauce will look a bit puffy, but don’t worry if it does not. The dish is definitely done after 20 minutes.
