Growth and Low Inflation

The Confederation of Swedish Enterprise is forecasting continued growth, low inflation, and an increase in employment.

A new report from the pro-business interest organization says the economy will grow by 3.7 percent his year and 2.7 percent in 2007. Unemployment is expected to drop from 5.1 percent now to 4.8 percent next year.

The report says inflation will be 1.1 percent this year, going up in 2007 to 1.5 percent.
