Europe’ Goal: Eating Climate-Friendly

You may think you’ve heard it all when it comes to climate change. Biofuel, energy saving, petrol taxes, less air traffic, but one big contributor to the release of greenhouse gases in the atmosphere is agriculture.

What we put in our mouths has a huge effect on the greenhouse effect. On Europe Day last week the European Commission organised a panel debate on what we can do to eat more climate friendly.
