The trial of an Uzbek man who has confessed to ramming a stolen truck into a crowd in Stockholm started on Tuesday under heavy security.

Radio Sweden's Frank Radosevich reports from the court room.

Terrorism researcher Peder Hyllengren of the Swedish Defence University tells Radio Sweden that Sweden has become a hotspot for jihadi recruiters and that "activists" have hampered the fight against Islamism in the Scandinavian nation.
