Hans Vestberg left his position as chief executive of Ericsson earlier this week, and analysts are predicting big layoffs at the Swedish-headquartered company. Mikael Törnwall, a former telecom expert at the newspaper Dagens Industri, tells us what he thinks the company needs to do now.
